Join us for a spoilerific discussion as we talk about Avengers: Infinity War. The film was the long awaited and much anticipated culmination of what the Marvel set in motion in 2008 with Iron Man.  We discuss whether or not we think it lived up to the insane hype, and whether or not we think it met our expectations. We discuss Thanos and how we felt he did as the "big bad" of the entire Marvel Cinematic Universe. We discuss our thoughts on all the other characters, of which there were many. We talk about if the film was able to hold interest while having so many characters. We even discuss our thoughts on that ending at length and discuss where we think the MCU goes from here.

We also discuss the real Winston Churchill and the film's portrayal of the man. Paul discusses the film from the perspective of a non-Star Trek fan and tries to see what all the fuss is about in regards to Star Trek. Join us as we discuss the film The Disaster Artist. The film about the making of The Room, the famous cult-classic "so bad it's good movie" starring and produced by Tommy Wiseau and his friend Greg Sestero.  We are both long time friends of The Room, and we discuss our thoughts on seeing the behind the scenes production. We also discuss our thoughts on the performances of James Franco (who we feel is deserving of an Academy Award Nomination), Dave Franco, Seth Rogen, and the surprisingly star-filled supporting cast. We even discuss how this movie had more heart than we were expecting and was frankly a better movie than we were expecting.

Join as we discuss the low-budget Canadian indie film from 2015 called Turbo Kid. The film is set in a post-apocalyptic wasteland of 1997, which obviously means the film is chock-full of 80s references and homages especially the synthesizer heavy soundtrack and the costumes. We discuss our thoughts on the nostalgia as well as our thoughts on the setting and characters. We also discuss the paper thin plot and what we think of the film's ridiculous gore. We discuss why we think the film works, even though it may not be an objectively good film.

Join us as we discuss one of Paul's favorite films of 2016, Hell or High Water.  We discuss how the film compared to many westerns of old and was basically a modern day western. Join us as we discuss the sequel to the cult classic film Tron. The film is titled Tron: Legacy and was released in 2010, 28 years after the original Tron. We discuss our thoughts on the plot, which we thought was much too convuluted for the intended audience. We discuss the new characters, as well as the performances by Garrett Hedlund, Olivia Wilde, and Jeff Bridges. We discuss the amazing visuals and how each Tron film has moved cinema forward, and we also discuss the fantastic soundtrack which was done by electronic music superstars Daft Punk.
