Join us as we discuss Solo: A Star Wars Story, the story of Han Solo. The movie focuses on a very young Solo, and we discuss how well we think that choice works. We discuss our thoughts on the performance of Alden Ehrenreich and how it compares to Harrison Ford. We discuss our thoughts on the plot as well as all of the supporting characters, including Donald Glover as Lando. We also talk about the fact that this is the second Star Wars film in 6 months and whether of not we are getting fatigued by Star Wars.

Join us as we discuss the recent western Hostiles. The film has a star studded cast with roles by Christian Bale, Rosamund Pike, Jesse Plemmons, and Ben Foster. We discuss the performances of all of the actors. We also discuss the plot and how well it helps illuminate real life events even though it's not based specifically off of a real life event. We also discuss how well the theme applies in modern times.

Join us as we discuss one of Paul's favorite films of 2016, Hell or High Water.  We discuss how the film compared to many westerns of old and was basically a modern day western. We also discuss the characters and the performances of the star-studded cast, with special attention being paid to Jeff Bridges and Ben Foster. We also discuss the fact that we think Ben Foster is continually snubbed in conversations about fantastic actors. We also discuss how we thought the film kept the tension up with such a simple plot. We even discuss the setting and how the setting compliments the story.

We even discuss why we weren't interested in the new iteration of The Mummy and why we were uninterested in Universal's new Dark Universe.
